Substance Use
Substance Use Treatment
SILC Health's substance use disorder treatment programs include medically supervised detox, residential addiction treatment, and step-down outpatient care across California and Georgia. Each facility treats alcohol, opioid, stimulant, and poly-substance dependence with safety and clinical effectiveness from the first hour of admission.
Our evidence-based addiction treatment integrates medication-assisted treatment (MAT), cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and dual-diagnosis support for co-occurring mental health conditions.
Dual Diagnosis
Integrated treatment for co-occurring disorders.
Most clients who present for substance use treatment also carry a co-occurring mental health condition — depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD. Treating one without addressing the other is a primary driver of relapse. All SILC substance use facilities integrate dual-diagnosis care into the standard residential model, with psychiatric oversight from Dr. Peter Scheid MD and clinical leadership from Alexandra Truman LMFT and Christina Kayanan LMFT.
Mental Health
Mental Health Treatment
SILC Health's mental health treatment programs deliver residential mental health treatment for mood disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma- and stressor-related conditions, and co-occurring psychiatric presentations.
Care is led by interdisciplinary psychiatric teams — board-certified psychiatrists, licensed therapists, and clinical case management — using evidence-based psychotherapy, medication management, and trauma-informed approaches in private, dignified settings that support sustained recovery beyond discharge.
